Personal: Shaver, a Prescott Valley, Arizona native, is a graduate of Bradshaw Mountain High School, where she played for the Bears. Nicole is the daughter of Nicole and Zach Shaver and the sister of Matthew and Brandon. She comes from an athletic background, as her mother, Sandra Shaver, played volleyball and basketball at California State University-Chico.

Academically, Nicole has excelled with a 4.4 GPA, earning the distinction of AP Academy Graduate and ranking in the Top 5 of her class. On the court, she has made a significant impact, being named First-Team All-Region twice, Second-Team All-Conference, and the MVP of her team. She helped lead her team to a 4A Grand Canyon Region Championship, finishing her career with 1,049 assists, 307 digs, and a .265 hitting percentage.

Outside of volleyball, Nicole enjoys baking and playing pickleball. She admires Micah Christenson, a top volleyball setter, and is a dedicated fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
