Quincy University Hawks

2025 (Redshirt Sophomore): In her first season with the Hawks, Rocco saw action primarily as a serve specialist, appearing in 15 matches and 48 sets. She totaled 10 service aces and six digs. Rocco made her debut in a Hawk uniform in a win over Central Missouri (9/6/25).

2024 (Sophomore at TNU): As a sophomore, Rocco appeared in three matches and nine sets, recording 15 assists and four service aces.

2023 (Freshman at TNU): In her first season with the Trojans, Rocco appeared in one set, making her collegiate debut against Lane (9/5/23), where she recorded one kill and two assists.

Personal: Rocco is from Cincinnati, Ohio, and attended Mount Notre Dame High School, where she competed for the Cougars.

Before coming to Quincy, Rocco spent two seasons at Trevecca Nazarene University. She is the daughter of Natalie Rocco and Michael Ballew. Her cousins, Emily and Jillian Rocco, played collegiate soccer at RMU, while her uncle, Kurt Rocco, played football at Mount Union, won state and collegiate championships, competed in the Voodoo Arena Football League, earned multiple awards, and was selected to the NFL Combine.

During her high school career, Rocco helped Mount Notre Dame win the 2020 Division I Volleyball State Championship and was part of one of the top-ranked high school teams in the country, earning recognition as an ESPN high school volleyball team finalist. She was also part of top-25 and top-10 nationally ranked club teams and was named to the JVA Watch List in 2022.

Academically, Rocco earned First and Second Honors, was a member of the National Honor Society and National Leadership Society, and was involved in multiple philanthropy and service organizations, including Respect for Life and St. Vincent de Paul. In 2023, she broke a record by hitting .700 against Seton. Her favorite athletes are Jenna Gray and Jenna Gabriel, while her favorite teams are Nebraska Volleyball and the Cincinnati Bengals.
