Personal: Jenna Walters, a standout athlete from Pomona, KS, attended West Franklin High School, where she left a lasting impact on the volleyball program. The daughter of Marcy and Kevin Prouty, she grew up alongside her siblings Haydan, Kylee, and Kamryn.

Jenna was widely recognized for her volleyball talent. She was named one of Prep Dig’s top 5 players to watch in Kansas 3A and was featured in the Kansas State High School Association’s Top 25 Players to Watch in Kansas for the Class of 2022. Her accolades include the Ottawa Herald Gold Medal Performance Award (week of 8/30-9/3), a spot on the Kansas State High School All-League All-Academic/Athletic Team (earning a 4.0 GPA while lettering in varsity athletics), and multiple PrepDig.com rankings—#44 in the state overall and the 15th-best outside hitter in Kansas for the 2022 season. She also earned a place on the Ottawa Herald All-Area Team (for three consecutive years) and was a Flint Hills Unanimous All-League First Team selection. In addition, she was honored by Eastern Kansas Sports as a Second Team Outside Hitter.

Jenna’s team reached impressive milestones, including a 3rd place finish at the Class 3A State Tournament in 2020. She also played club volleyball for Dynasty, further refining her skills.

Beyond volleyball, Jenna enjoys listening to music, walking outside to take in nature, and spending time at the lake. A passionate sports fan, she supports the Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas State, and the University of Kansas.
