Personal: Bailey Lents is from Jasper, Indiana, where she graduated from Jasper High School, where she played for the Wildcats. She comes from a sports-driven family, with her brother, Jacob, playing baseball at Butler, and her mother, Cindy, having played volleyball at the University of Southern Indiana. Her father, Jason, and brother, Ethan, have also been strong supporters of her journey.

Bailey's academic achievements are impressive, maintaining a 4.0 GPA for three years and earning a spot in the National Honor Society. She has been an honor roll student for four years, balancing her studies with a strong athletic career. On the court, she excelled as a blocker, ranking No. 2 in her conference during her junior year, earning First-Team All-Conference honors, and being recognized as Team MVP and Offensive Player of the Year twice.

Beyond sports and academics, Bailey enjoys playing with her dog, Winnie, and spending time with her family. Her favorite athletes are LeBron James and Michael Jordan, and is a fan of the LA Dodgers. She also has a strong passion for community service, volunteering at St. Mary’s Church, Night to Shine, a special education class at her high school, and assisting with Unified Track.
