Biography
Personal: Faith Haggard, from Gary, Indiana, attended Thea Bowman Leadership Academy, where she excelled in track and field as well as cross country. She is the daughter of Arthur and Latoya Haggard and has two siblings, Hope and Arthur Jr.
Faith has made significant achievements in track and field, breaking her high school’s long jump record with a leap of 18’7". She also placed 7th overall at the Outdoor State Championship and finished 5th in the 4x100 relay at the same competition.
Outside of academics and athletics, Faith enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, playing sports, and trying new activities. She admires Russell Westbrook, Kyrie Irving, and track star Allyson Felix.
Why QU?
I chose QU because it was a small school that offereed a great number of resources to help me with the right career path for my future. I was also blessed with a great opportunity to run track and field at the next levle, allowing me to develop my skills athletically.
