Quincy University Hawks

Personal: Kaitlynn Malarney, from Charlotte, NC, was a dedicated swimmer and diver for the Sun Valley High School Spartans. She achieved a notable ranking of 23rd in the region for the 100-meter butterfly. In addition to her athletic achievements, Kaitlynn was a member of the National English Honor Society (NEHS), Beta Club, and Rho Kappa, excelling in academics alongside her athletic career. Outside the pool, she enjoys working out and her favorite swimmers are Kate Douglas and Missy Franklin. Her favorite sports teams are the New York Mets and Giants. Kaitlynn is the daughter of Kristine and Brian Malarney and the sister of Madison.

Why QU?
I chose QU because it is a new state that I can live in and meet new people. It felt like home as soon as I stepped on campus.
