Biography
Personal: Claire McDaris is from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and attended Broken Arrow High School, where she competed for the Tigers. She is the daughter of Pat and Jamey McDaris and has three siblings: Megan, Jesse, and Cate.
A standout in swimming, Claire was the 200 Freestyle Conference Champion and a Top 8 State Finisher in both the 200 Freestyle and 400 Individual Medley. She also helped set a school record in the 200 Medley Relay.
Her athletic inspiration comes from Missy Franklin, and outside of swimming, she is a big fan of University of Oklahoma football.
