Quincy University Hawks

2025 (Junior): As a junior, Turgut appeared and started all 31 matches, totaling 108 sets. She ranked fourth on the team with 206 kills (1.91 per set) and third with 263.5 points (2.44 per set). Turgut also added 30 service aces (0.28 per set), 336 digs (3.11 per set), and 48.0 total blocks (seven solo, 41 assisted; 0.44 per set). She recorded seven matches with double-digit kills, including a season-high 12 kills on three occasions. Defensively, Turgut tallied 17 matches with double-digit digs and posted a season-high 21 digs in a win over Illinois Springfield (11/1/25).

2024 (Sophomore): In her first season with the Hawks, Turgut appeared in 10 matches and 20 sets, totaling 32 kills, four assists, two service aces, 17 digs, and four total blocks. She made her debut in a Quincy uniform against Davenport (9/7/24) and recorded her first kill as a Hawk against Nova Southeastern (9/20/24).

2023 (Freshman at Idaho): Turgut appeared in 15 matches and 30 sets during her freshman season, recording eight kills, one assist, one service ace, 29 digs, and three blocks. She made her collegiate debut against North Dakota State (8/26/23) and recorded her first career kill against UC San Diego (9/1/23).

Personal: Selin Turgut transferred to Quincy after spending one season at the University of Idaho. She is originally from Ankara, Turkey, and is a graduate of Ozel Altin Egitim Anadolu Lisesi. She is the daughter of Natalie and Ali Turgut and has one sibling, Said. Outside of volleyball, she enjoys reading, traveling, and cooking.
