Biography

2025 (Freshman): In her first season with the Hawks, Perrilynn appeared in 11 games and made two starts, where she scored four goals and dished out three assists for a total of seven points. She also recorded eight ground balls, one caused turnover, and five draw controls. Cory made her collegiate debut against Davenport (2/8/25) and recorded her first career points in a dominant win over Thomas More (2/15/25), where she had two assists and two goals, with one of them being the game-winning goal. Perrilynn made her first career start against William Jewell (4/11/25), where she scored a goal to go along with a groundball and a caused turnover.

Personal: Cory joined the Hawks lacrosse team from Millstadt, Illinois, and attended Belleville West Township High School. During her time as a Maroon, Perrilynn was a dual sport athlete, playing lacrosse and softball, along with being very successful in the classroom. She was a four-year varsity letter winner on her lacrosse team and served as the captain in her junior and senior seasons. Cory also served as the softball team captain her senior season. Outside of athletics, Perilynn was a part of the National Honors Society, Student Union, and National English Honors Society. She was also on the high honor roll all four years of high school. When she is not busy with lacrosse, she enjoys playing pickleball and reading. Perrilynn is the daughter of Rachel and Kurtis Cory and the sister of Aliza and Aleigha.
