Quincy University Hawks

Career (2023-26): Ham put together one of the best defensive careers in Quincy history, starting all 66 games she appeared in during her four seasons with the Hawks. As of the 2026 season, she holds the program records for caused turnovers (104) and caused turnovers per game (1.58), while ranking second in ground balls (146) and ground balls per game (2.21).

Ham also finished third in program history with 182 draw controls and fourth with 2.76 draw controls per game. She added 10 career points on eight goals and two assists, including one game-winning goal. Across her career, Ham set two single-season records and two single-game records while capping her time at Quincy as the 2026 GLVC Defensive Player of the Year.

2026 (Senior): Ham capped off her career as the top defensive player in the GLVC, earning GLVC Defensive Player of the Year honors after starting all 17 games for the Hawks. She led Quincy with 50 ground balls and 57 draw controls, while her 2.94 ground balls per game led the GLVC.

Ham also set Quincy single-season records with 47 caused turnovers and 2.76 caused turnovers per game, a mark that led the GLVC and ranked 11th in NCAA Division II. She recorded multiple caused turnovers in 13 games and had four games with five or more, highlighted by a program-record seven caused turnovers against Rockhurst (4/10/26). Ham also averaged 3.35 draw controls per game, ranking ninth in the GLVC, and added two goals on the season.

2025 (Junior): Ham started all 13 games she appeared in during her junior season with the Hawks, continuing to make an impact defensively and in the draw circle. She recorded 26 ground balls, 17 caused turnovers, and 45 draw controls while also adding two goals.

Ham pulled in a season-high nine draw controls in Quincy’s win over Thomas More (2/15/25) and picked up a season-high six ground balls against Ottawa (4/3/25). She scored both of her goals in the Hawks’ overtime victory over Northern Michigan (3/5/25).

2024 (Sophomore): Ham started all 19 games during her sophomore season with the Hawks, continuing to be one of Quincy’s top defensive and draw-control contributors. She led the team with 71 draw controls and ranked eighth in the GLVC with 3.74 draw controls per game.

Ham also ranked second on the team with 39 ground balls and 24 caused turnovers while adding one goal and one assist. Her top performance in the circle came against Maryville in the GLVC Tournament (4/6/24), where she recorded 13 draw controls to set the GLVC single-game record.

2023 (Freshman): Ham started all 17 games during her freshman season with the Hawks, making an immediate impact on the defensive end. She ranked third on the team with 31 ground balls and second with 16 caused turnovers while also adding nine draw controls.

Ham also contributed offensively with three goals and one assist. She made her collegiate debut against Davenport (2/10/23), recording three ground balls and one caused turnover. Ham scored the first goal of her career against Maryville (2/19/23) and later added the first game-winning goal of her career in Quincy’s 13-12 victory over Palm Beach Atlantic (3/13/23).

Personal: Ham comes to Quincy from St. Louis, Missouri, after attending Parkway North High School. Her father Russell played baseball at Quincy at the turn of the century, so Hawks athletics are nothing new to Ham. She has a mother Renee, and has two sisters, Amelia, who also plays Quincy University lacrosse, and Kari, who played lacrosse at Tusculum University.
