Quincy University Hawks

2026 (Junior): Cummings started all 17 games during her junior season with the Hawks, continuing to be a steady presence in Quincy’s lineup. She recorded one assist while adding 19 ground balls, six caused turnovers, and one draw control.

2025 (Sophomore): Cummings appeared in all 16 games with eight starts during her sophomore season with the Hawks, totaling 13 points on two goals and 11 assists. She also added 17 ground balls and four caused turnovers.

Cummings made the first start of her collegiate career in Quincy’s win over Davenport (2/8/25), recording one ground ball and two draw controls. She scored her first career goal in a 24-10 win over Thomas More (2/15/25) and picked up her first career assist against Grand Valley State (3/2/25).

2024 (Freshman): Cummings appeared in two games during her freshman season with the Hawks. She recorded one shot, which was on goal, and added one ground ball.Cummings made her collegiate debut against Ottawa (2/25/24), gaining her first collegiate experience with Quincy.

Personal: Cummings hails from St. Louis, Missouri, and came to Quincy University after a strong academic and athletic career at Francis Howell Central High School. She was involved in DECA, newspaper, French Honor Society, tennis, and lacrosse while also serving as vice president of the Principal’s Council and receiving the Silver Shield of Excellence award.

Cummings was a three-year member of the tennis team, earning an all-conference sportsmanship award and academic all-conference recognition each year. On the lacrosse field, she was named First Team All-Conference as an attacker in 2021, team offensive MVP in 2021, team captain in 2023, and Second Team All-Conference as a midfielder in 2023. She was also academic all-conference all four years and received the Atalanta Team Award for sportsmanship, leadership, and character.

Outside of lacrosse, Cummings enjoys photography and hiking. Her favorite athletes are Larry Bird and Kylie Ohlmiller. She is the daughter of JP and Julia Cummings and has two brothers, Nick and Luke.
