                        Biography
                    
                                                
                        2025 (Sophomore): In her second season with the Hawks, MaryGrace appeared in all 16 games and made eight starts, where she had two goals, 11 assists, 17 ground balls, and four caused turnovers. She made her first career start in a win over Davenport (2/8/25), where she recorded one ground ball and two draw controls. Cummings scored her first collegiate goal in a 24-10 win over Thomas More (2/15/25) and dished out her first career assist against Grand Valley State (3/2/25), assisting her teammate Anni Moran.

2024 (Freshman): As a freshman, Cummings appeared in two games, where she recorded one shot that was on goal, along with one ground ball.
Personal: Hailing from St. Louis, Missouri, MaryGrace Cummings comes to Quincy University after an impressive academic and athletic high school career. At Francis Howell Central, MaryGrace was in DECA, the newspaper, French Honors Society, tennis, and lacrosse. She was the vice president of the Principal's Council and received the Silver Shield of Excellence award. During her three-year stint on the tennis team, she received an all-conference sportsmanship award and was on academic all-conference each year. On the lacrosse field, she was named First Team All-Conference for attack (2021), the team offensive MVP (2021), team captain (2023), Second Team All-Conference for midfield (2023), and was academic all-conference all four years. MaryGrace was also named the Atalanta Team award for sportsmanship, leadership, and character. Outside of lacrosse, she enjoys photography and hiking. Her favorite athletes are Larry Bird and Kylie Ohlmiller. She is the daughter of JP and Julia Cummins, and she has two brothers, Nick and Luke.
Why QU?
I loved the size of Quincy University--that close student-professor contact is super important to me. I also just fell in love with the women's lacrosse team and knew it was a perfect fit for me.
