Biography
2025 (Junior): Amelia continued to build off her strong sophomore season, boasting another fantastic year as a junior that included multiple broken records. Ham appeared and started in all 16 games, where she led the team in assists (33), free position goals (13), and points (89). Her 89 points shattered the single-season record of 72. She was also second on the team with 56 goals, which included two game-winning goals. Ham scored an unassisted goal with 4:16 left against Davenport (2/8/25) to win 12-11, and over a month later, scored the overtime goal in a 14-13 win over Concordia-St. Paul (3/16/25).
Amelia broke another two single-season records, including points per game (5.56) and assists per game (2.06). Her 5.56 points per game led the GLVC and was 12th in Division II. Ham also now holds the career assists record with 95 and counting. She had a season-high 10 points in wins over Davenport (2/8/25) and Thomas More (2/15/25), which was the same game she scored her season-high seven goals.Â

2024 (Sophomore): In her second season, Amelia was a big reason why the Hawks were able to clinch their first GLVC tournament berth. Ham was second on the team with 37 goals and led the team with 32 assists, which was also 6th in the GLVC. The 32 assists is the Quincy single-season record. Her 69 total points were second on the team as well. Amelia had 13 multi-goal games and two game-winning goals, along with a shooting percentage of .481 and a shot-on-goal percentage of .818. Throughout the season, Ham also recorded 13 ground balls and forced three turnovers.

2023 (Freshman):Â As a true freshman, Amelia appeared in all 17 games, making 11 starts. Ham was tied for fourth on the team with 19 goals and was third on the team with ten assists for a total of 29 points. She had four multi-goal games, including three games where she scored four goals. Amelia's first collegiate goal came in her second game against Concordia St. Paul (2/12/2023). Ham had a shooting percentage of .396 and a shot-on-goal percentage of .771. She also managed to scoop up nine ground balls and forced five turnovers.

Personal: Hailing from Maryland Heights, Missouri, Ham graduated from Parkway North High School. Ham is no stranger to Quincy University athletics, with her father, Russ, playing baseball at Quincy in 1999 and her sister, Mikenna, also playing lacrosse for the Hawks. Ham has one more sister, Kari, who played lacrosse at Tusculum University, and a mother, Renee. Ham is a nursing major.
