Quincy University Hawks

Career (2023-26): Ritter spent four seasons with the Hawks, appearing in 42 games with 20 starts. She totaled four points on two goals and two assists while contributing on both ends of the field. Ritter recorded 43 ground balls, 16 caused turnovers, and five draw controls during her career. She scored both of her career goals as a senior in Quincy’s Senior Day victory over Lewis during the 2026 season.

2026 (Senior): Ritter appeared in all 17 games with 11 starts during her senior season with the Hawks. She totaled three points on two goals and one assist while adding one woman-up goal, 26 ground balls, and seven caused turnovers. Ritter scored the first two goals of her collegiate career in Quincy’s Senior Day victory over Lewis (4/24/26).

2025 (Junior): Ritter appeared in 10 games with nine starts during her junior season with the Hawks, continuing to contribute on the defensive end. She recorded 11 ground balls, five caused turnovers, and three draw controls. Ritter made the first start of her collegiate career in Quincy’s win over Davenport (2/8/25), where she picked up three ground balls and one draw control.

2024 (Sophomore): Ritter appeared in nine games during her sophomore season with the Hawks, recording one assist, four ground balls, two caused turnovers, and one draw control. Ritter recorded the first point of her collegiate career with an assist against Ottawa (2/25/24).

2023 (Freshman): Ritter appeared in six games during her freshman season with the Hawks, recording two ground balls, two caused turnovers, and two draw controls. Ritter made her collegiate debut against Maryville (2/19/23), gaining her first collegiate experience with Quincy.

Personal: Daughter of Erica Meyers and Joe Ritter, Rebecca joins the Hawks after a stellar performance at Eureka High School. Ritter was named captain of the Wildcats' lacrosse team her freshman year and was dubbed the best midfielder that same year. She was awarded the "Heart of the Team" Award three times and was selected to the US Lacrosse Girls Midwest Showcase All-Star team. She was named honorable mention all-conference her junior and senior years with the Wildcats. In 2022, Ritter and the Wildcats were named runners-up in the Missouri State Lacrosse Championship. In addition to lacrosse, Ritter played field hockey and basketball during high school. Her favorite athlete is Simone Biles, and she loves the St. Louis Cardinals.
