Biography
2024-25 (Junior): After missing the beginning of the season due to injury, Huffine appeared in 20 games, making six starts, where she averaged 5.8 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 1.8 assists. She scored a season-high 18 points in a double overtime victory over Drury (2/8/25).

2023-24 (Sophomore): Started all 28 games, averaging 28.5 minutes in each. Collected 69 rebounds and 18 steals with 178 points in her first year with the Hawks.Â
Personal: Mikayla Huffine comes to Quincy University from Rockford, Illinois, after a season with the Iowa Western Community College Reivers. With the Reivers, Huffine contributed to a 26-5 record with a 78.8 free throw percentage and helped the team to the team's most three-pointers made in a season, the team's most assists in a game, and the team's most points in a game. She attended Rockford Lutheran High School where she joined the 1,000 point club and was a member of the National Honor Society. She enjoys doing hair in her free time and watching the South Carolina women's basketball team during season. Her mother is Kirsten Huffine and her siblings are Elijah, Vellyana, Michael, Adien, and Breyonna.Â
