Quincy University Hawks

Personal: Maddie Casey is from North Liberty, Iowa, and attended Iowa City Liberty High School, where she competed for the Lightning (Zeus). She is the daughter of Darren and Anne Casey and has one sibling, Ava. Maddie was recognized for her excellence both in the classroom and on the court, earning a spot on the IBCA Academic All-State Team. As a shooter, she reached an impressive milestone of 200 career made three-pointers. Outside of athletics, Maddie enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on walks, reading, volunteering, and traveling.

Why QU?
I chose QU because it seemed like a great place to pursue both my academic and athletic careers! The community as a whole was also very welcoming when I visited for the first time, and I liked that it is a smaller college.
