Quincy University Hawks

2019-2020: (Freshman) Appeared in 28 games while starting 25, with an average of 26.3 minutes per game. Lead the team in scoring with 315 points with 11.3 PPG, and was the second-highest scoring freshman in the GLVC. Lantz had the 5th highest free-throw percentage in the GLVC as she went 91-106 (.858) from the foul line. Lantz made 28 3-pointers, collected 45 rebounds (1.6 RPG), added 31 assists and 19 steals.

Background:
Lantz is a native of Augusta, IL while studying biological science and pre-med at QU. She is the daughter of Wyatt and Tecia, and she has two younger siblings Brilyn (14) and Kash (9). Her mother, Tecia attended Quincy University in 2005. Lantz graduated from Southeastern High School and made her mark in the Suns program under the direction of Matt Long. Lantz won three regional championships, two sectionals, and a super sectional title while also notching 3rd and 4th place at the IHSA State Tournament. Lantz was a First Team All-State selection her senior year, and she earned at least Honorable-Mention All-State honors all four years. Lantz finished her high school career with over 2,000 points and is the Suns all-time leading scorer. Lantz made an impact as a freshman at CSE as the squad had their best season in school history making it to the Final Four. Lantz earned a 4.0 GPA and was named Valedictorian along with being a member of the National Honors Society.  She has also done community service at the Local Backpack Project, Bank of Advance Dinner, Ethan's Rodeo, Farm to Table Dinner, Red Cross Blood Drive, and at Christmas for Kids.
