Personal: Durst is from Palmyra, Missouri, and attended Quincy Notre Dame High School, where she competed for the Raiders.

She is the daughter of Jason and Jennifer Durst and has two siblings, Jayden and Jaynee. Her mother, Jennifer, and father, Jason, both attended Culver-Stockton. Her brother, Jayden, and sister, Jaynee, attended Hannibal-LaGrange, along with her aunt, Joanne Carroz, and uncle, Nick Carroz. Her uncle, Jared Gillman, attended Quincy University, while her aunt, Chretien Gillman, attended Culver-Stockton. Her cousins, Maddie Gillman and Cameron Durst, attended Southwest Baptist and Columbia College, respectively.

During her high school career, Durst helped Quincy Notre Dame finish third at state in Class 2A and fourth at state in Class 3A. She also scored 1,000 career points.

Her favorite athletes are Sophie Cunningham, Cooper Flagg, Austin Reaves, Luka Doncic, and Paige Bueckers, while her favorite teams are the Indiana Fever, San Antonio Spurs, UConn women’s basketball, Duke women’s basketball, and Nebraska volleyball.
