2024 (Senior): In his senior season, Duke appeared in all ten games and had 30 tackles, two tackles for loss, one pass breakup, two QB hurries, and a forced fumble. He had a season-high six tackles against Truman State (10/19/24) and forced his first career fumble in the final game of the season against Missouri Western (11/16/24).
2023 (Junior): Duke played in seven games as a junior, where he had five tackles.
2022 (Sophomore): In his second season with the Hawks, Duke saw action in eight games and had three tackles. He made his collegiate debut against Trinity International (9/8/22) and recorded his first tackle against Ashland (9/24/22)

Personal: Jacob "Jake" Duke is from Jefferson City, Missouri, and a proud graduate of Jefferson City High School, home of the Jays. He's the son of Bill and Amy Duke and shares his life with siblings David Nicolaescu, Connor, and Sam.
Athletics run in the family—his dad, Bill, played football at Quincy University from 1994 to 1997, while his mom, Amy, played softball there from 1996 to 1997. His brother David wrestled for the University of Central Missouri from 2007 to 2011. Jake carried on the family tradition, playing both football and baseball during his high school years.
Outside of sports, Jake enjoys golf and fishing, and he is a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.
Why QU?
I chose QU because my parents loved QU when they were here, and I was given the chance to play football at the collegiate level.
