Biography

2014: Armstrong was the Lady Hawks' No. 1 starter, making 30 starts and nine relief apperances on the rubber... She was named to the All-GLVC West Division second team... She compiled a 13-15 record and a 3.73 ERA with 73 strikeouts in 195.1 innings... Armstrong struck out a season-high five batters in a six-inning win against William Jewell on April 5.

2013: Made 12 appearances in the circle, including four starts...recorded 412 strikeouts in 30 innings pitched...also had nine at-bats at the plate

2012: Appeared in two games...pitched 5.1 innings giving up 11 runs on 15 hits with two strikeouts.

High School: Graduated from Streator High School in 2011...Earned varsity letters in softball...Was unanimous pick for First Team All-Conference junior year...Was team captain senior year...Named First Team All-Conference senior year...Helped team to two regional championships junior and senior years...Also played volleyball and basketball.
