Quincy University Hawks

2026 (Freshman): Martin served as the primary arm for the Hawks during her freshman season, making an immediate impact in the circle. She went 3-20 with a 6.37 ERA and 1.97 WHIP across 118.2 innings pitched, tossing 10 complete games while adding one save and 59 strikeouts.

Martin made her collegiate debut in game two against Kentucky Wesleyan (2/6/26), throwing five innings with three strikeouts to earn the first win of her career. She later picked up her first collegiate save in a 12-10 win over Upper Iowa (3/21/26), recording the final out of the game. Martin struck out a season-high six batters three times during the year.

Personal: Haley Martin is a native of Hallsville, Missouri, and a graduate of Hallsville High School. She is the daughter of Shane and Tonia Martin and has one brother, Tanner. Martin was a strong student-athlete, earning Academic All-State recognition while also receiving the Indian Pride Award and Columbia Daily Tribune Athlete of the Week honors.

On the field, Martin earned Pitcher of the Year recognition and First Team All-Conference honors during her high school career. She also helped lead Hallsville to CCC Conference Championships in 2024 and 2025.

Outside of softball, Martin enjoys basketball and spending time with friends. Her favorite athlete is Jordy Bahl, and she is a fan of the University of Missouri and the Kansas City Chiefs.
