Biography
Career (2022-25): In her four seasons with the Hawks, Kaiser appeared in 165 games and made 147 starts. She had a career slash line of .256/.304/.347 and totaled 96 hits, 11 doubles, two triples, and one home run to go along with 24 RBIs, 60 runs scored, and 30 stolen bases. She had a fielding percentage of .955, making 207 putouts, and had five outfield assists.Â

2025 (Senior): In her senior season, Kaiser appeared and started in 43 games for the Hawks, serving as the captain of the outfield in centerfield. Kaiser had a slash line of .243/.296/.318 and had four doubles and two triples. She drove in eight runs, scored eight runs, and was a perfect 5-5 on stolen base attempts. She registered her first career triple against Columbia College (3/13/25), which drove in two runs.

2024 (Junior): As a junior, Kaiser appeared and started in all 50 games for the Hawks, where she hit .272 and drove in ten runs. She led the team with a .393 on-base percentage, 15 stolen bases, and 19 runs scored.Â

2023 (Sophomore): Kaiser appeared in 42 games, where she put together a slash line of .260/.360/.323 over 96 at-bats and was 10-11 on stolen base attempts. She drove in six runs and led the team with 24 runs scored. Allison hit her first career home run in the final game of the season against Rockhurst (4/30/23).

2022 (Freshman): Allison saw action in 30 games and made 13 starts, where she had a .234 batting average in 47 at-bats. She recorded her first career hit against Ashland (2/26/22) and her first extra-base hit in game two against Southwest Baptist (5/1/22) with a pair of doubles.

Personal:Â Kaiser, a standout athlete from St. Louis, Missouri, graduated from Notre Dame High School, where she found herself to be very successful academically and athletically. A dedicated student, she was a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, and Student Ambassadors, demonstrating strong leadership both in the classroom and within her school community.
Athletically, Allison was a multi-sport competitor, playing varsity lacrosse for four years and making a significant impact on the softball field. She earned numerous accolades throughout her high school career, including being named the 2017 St. Louis Post-Dispatch Softball Player of the Week, 2017 Varsity Softball Newcomer of the Year, 2018 Varsity Softball Player of the Year, and 2019 Varsity Softball Most Valuable Player. Her contributions helped lead her team to a Class 3 District 3 Softball Championship in 2018.Â
Why QU?
I chose Quincy University because it was close to home and offered my intended major in a small academic setting. In addition, Quincy allowed me to continue my softball career while gaining a full college experience.
