Biography
Personal: Jude Mintle is a Quincy, Illinois native and a graduate of Quincy Senior High School. He is the son of Claudia Lasys and Brad Mintle and was a consistent presence in the classroom, earning Honor Roll recognition in all four years of high school.
Mintle was a key contributor on the cross country course and the track, helping Quincy Senior High School capture back-to-back conference championships as part of the WB6 Cross Country Conference Team during his junior and senior seasons. On the track, he was also part of Quincy University’s distance medley relay (DMR) that set a school record, highlighting his strength as a distance runner and team-oriented competitor.
Why QU?
I chose QU mainly for academic reasons and to stay close to home, but also for the ability to compete in my sport from my freshman year.
