Biography

Career (2023-26): Ham put together an unbelievable career with the Hawks, establishing herself as one of the greatest offensive players in program history. As of the 2026 season, she holds the program records for assists (107), assists per game (1.57), points (264), and points per game (3.88), while also ranking second in goals (157), shots (341), shots on goal (272), woman-up goals (16), and free-position goals (24).

Ham appeared in 68 games with 61 starts, averaging 2.31 goals per game, which ranks third in program history. She also finished tied for second with five game-winning goals and holds the program record with five woman-down goals. Ham added 57 ground balls, 38 caused turnovers, and eight draw controls while finishing with a .460 shooting percentage and a .798 shots-on-goal percentage.

Across her career, Ham set five Quincy single-season records, recorded 45 multi-goal games, and had 25 games with at least five points.

2026 (Senior): Ham started all 16 games during her senior season with the Hawks, leading the team with 32 assists and 77 total points. Her 32 assists ranked third in the GLVC, while her 2.00 assists per game also ranked third in the conference.

Ham added 45 goals, which ranked third on the team, and averaged 4.81 points per game, ranking fourth in the GLVC and 20th in NCAA Division II. She also finished with four free-position goals, four woman-up goals, one woman-down goal, 16 ground balls, and 17 caused turnovers. Ham recorded multi-goal performances in all but two games and had four games with at least eight points. Her game-winning goal came against Thomas More (3/1/26), where she finished with six points.

2025 (Junior): Ham continued to build off her strong sophomore season with a record-breaking junior campaign, starting all 16 games for the Hawks. She led Quincy with 33 assists, 13 free-position goals, and 89 total points, with her 89 points shattering the previous single-season program record of 72. She also ranked second on the team with 56 goals, including two game-winners.

Ham scored the game-winning goal with 4:16 remaining in Quincy’s 12-11 win over Davenport (2/8/25) and later delivered the overtime winner in a 14-13 victory over Concordia-St. Paul (3/16/25). She also set single-season program records in points per game at 5.56 and assists per game at 2.06, with her points-per-game average leading the GLVC and ranking 12th in NCAA Division II. Ham recorded a season-high 10 points in wins over Davenport and Thomas More (2/15/25), with the Thomas More performance also featuring a season-high seven goals. She also became Quincy’s career assists leader during the season, pushing her career total to 95 and counting.

2024 (Sophomore): Ham played a major role in helping the Hawks clinch their first GLVC Tournament berth during her sophomore season. She ranked second on the team with 37 goals and led Quincy with 32 assists, which also ranked sixth in the GLVC and set a new program single-season record.

Ham finished second on the team with 69 total points while shooting .481 and putting .818 of her shots on goal. She recorded 13 multi-goal games and scored two game-winning goals on the season. Ham also added 13 ground balls and three caused turnovers.

2023 (Freshman): Ham appeared in all 17 games with 11 starts during her freshman season with the Hawks, totaling 29 points on 19 goals and 10 assists. She ranked tied for fourth on the team in goals and third in assists while finishing with a .396 shooting percentage and a .771 shots-on-goal percentage.

Ham made her collegiate debut against Davenport (2/10/23) and scored the first goal of her career against Concordia-St. Paul (2/12/23). She recorded four multi-goal games on the season, including three performances with four goals. Ham also added nine ground balls and five caused turnovers.

Personal: Hailing from Maryland Heights, Missouri, Ham graduated from Parkway North High School. Ham is no stranger to Quincy University athletics, with her father, Russ, playing baseball at Quincy in 1999 and her sister, Mikenna, also playing lacrosse for the Hawks. Ham has one more sister, Kari, who played lacrosse at Tusculum University, and a mother, Renee.
