Biography
Career (2019-24): In a six-year career across three schools, including three years at Upper Iowa, one with Francis Marion, and two with the Hawks, Stan totaled 3621 minutes over 68 games played, and he made 45 starts. In those 68 games, Cargill took 78 shots, pinning 48 on net, and scored 14 goals, including three game-winners. He also dished out five assists for a total of 33 points in his career.Â

2024 (Senior): Cargill totaled five points with two goals and an assist through 17 games on seven starts for the Hawks. His first goal in a Hawk uniform against his former team, Upper Iowa (9/24/24), in a 2-1 victory. Stan took a total of sixteen shots, second on the team, with six of them being on goal.

2023 (Redshirt Junior): In his first season with the Hawks, Cargill appeared in nine games, making six starts. In those nine matches, Stan managed to take three shots, two of those being on goal and recorded his first point for the Hawks with an assist against William Jewell (10/15/23).

2022 (Senior at Francis Marion): In his lone season for Francis Marion, Cargill appeared in two matches, making one start where he took one shot.
2021 (Junior at Upper Iowa): Appearing in 15 matches with ten starts, Cargill finished second on the team, scoring seven goals to go along with two assists for 16 total points, which was second on the team. 14 of his 31 shots were on target for a 45.2% shot-on-goal percentage.
2020 (Sophomore at Upper Iowa): In eight games and seven starts, Cargill scored a team-high four goals to go along with one assist. 8 of his 12 shots were on target, good for a for a 66.7% shot-on-goal percentage.

2019 (Freshman at Upper Iowa): Appeared in 16 games, making 13 starts, where he had 15 shots, ten of which were on target. Stan scored his first collegiate goal against Saginaw Valley State (9/27/19).
Personal: Cargill has previously played collegiate soccer for Upper Iowa and Francis Marion before joining the Hawks. Stan is a native of London, England, where he attended Elthorne Park High School. Outside of soccer, Cargill enjoys going to the gym and walking his dog. Stan is the son of Rebecca and Collin Cargill and the brother of Ted, who plays soccer at South Carolina. Â
