Personal: Bayer, from Lakeville, MN, attended Lakeville North High School and was a member of the Panthers. Outside of soccer, he enjoys playing basketball and watching his favorite soccer team, Manchester United. Sam is the son of Jan and Pat Beyer and the brother to his lone sibling Jonathan, who played soccer for Upper Iowa and Hamline from 2021 to 2023.
