Personal: Rylan Fischer is from Quincy, Illinois, and a graduate of Quincy Notre Dame High School. The son of Ryan and Meegan Fischer, he helped the Raiders capture a 1A State Championship during his career. Outside of athletics, Rylan enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing.
