Personal: Fleer stays in Quincy to be a part of the Hawks soccer program. A Quincy High School graduate, Nolan was a part of the Quincy soccer team that won back-to-back conference championships in the Western Big Six conference in 2021 and 2022. He was also great in the classroom, as he was on the honor roll.

In his spare time, Fleer enjoys golfing, fishing, and dancing. His favorite soccer player is Lionel Messi, and his favorite soccer team is Manchester United. Nolan is the son of Brenda and Chris Fleer and the brother of Kennady. Nolan continues his family's name by coming to Quincy as his mother, Brenda was a part of the volleyball team from 1994-1998, and his sister, Kennady, was a Quincy graduate in 2023.

Why QU?
I chose QU because it felt like a great fit from the start, and it was in my hometown.
