Biography
2024-25 (Freshman at Missouri Valley College): In his first collegiate season, Kaden appeared in seven events for the Vikings, averaging 182.152 pins per game across 33 total. He made his collegiate debut at the Bulldog Bash, bowling four games with an average of 180.5 pins per game. His best performance of the season came during the Mid-States Championships, where he knocked down 1180 pins across six games, good for an average of 196.667 pins per game.
Personal: Kaden Summers hails from Moscow, Idaho, and attended Moscow High School, where he is the son of Willie and Brandon Summers. Kaden bowled at Missouri Valley College during the 2024–2025 season before transferring to QU, earning Dean’s List honors and recognition as a Scholar Athlete.
Outside of school and athletics, Kaden enjoys reading, sports, bowling, and motorsports. His favorite athletes include Mike Zunino, Dee Gordon, Ichiro Suzuki, Trevor Bauer, and Max Verstappen, and he follows teams like the Seattle Mariners and Seattle Seahawks. He is also an accomplished Eagle Scout through the Boy Scouts of America.
Why QU?
I chose QU mainly because it was the first school I found with a good bowling program as well as an aviation program. I also chose QU because of how beautiful the campus is, the Catholic traditions, the diversity of things to do in such a small town, as well as the members and coach of my team.
