Quincy University Hawks

2024-25 (Junior): In his third season with Quincy, Thoms saw action in nine events for a total of 40 games, where he averaged 192.8 pins per game. He led the Hawks in the Lions Play Match Classic with a season-high finish of 14th place, where he knocked down 612 pins across three games for an average of 204 pins per game.

2023-24 (Sophomore): In a total of 57 games over twelve events, Thoms had a 190.842 average and four top-25 finishes. He had two individual performances just outside the top 10, finishing 11th in the Titan Invitational and the Kohawk Invite. Thoms had his best average at the Kohawk invite, averaging over 215 pins per game over five games.

2022-23 (Freshman): During his freshman season, Thoms bowled in all ten events for the Hawks bowling team. In 54 total games, Thoms had an average near 200 at 195.111, including four top-25 finishes. His best finish came during the Kohawk Invite, where he finished 15/179 and knocked down a total of 1046 pins in five games.

Personal: Cayden Thoms hails from Cibolo, Texas, bowling for the Randolph High School Ro-Hawks. As a Ro-Hawk, Thoms ranked top-16 in the great state of Texas for singles in bowling and had two perfect 300 games. Thoms was an all-district utility player for his high school baseball team. Thoms is the son of Scott and Holly Thoms and enjoys baseball in his free time. He is also a Minnesota Vikings fan. 

Why QU?
I chose QU because I wanted to go to school for aviation and also bowl for the Quincy bowling team.
