Quincy University Hawks

Personal: Trace was a three-sport standout at Harrisburg High School, excelling in basketball, football, and track and field. On the basketball court, he was a two-time All-State selection, leading the Bulldogs to back-to-back state quarterfinal appearances. As a quarterback, he earned multiple all-conference and all-district honors, guiding his team to a state quarterfinal run his senior year and being named the Class 2 Offensive Player of the Year. In track, Trace was a three-time All-State honoree, specializing in the high jump and the 4x400 meter relay. His high school career was decorated with prestigious accolades, including being named KMZU Class 2 Player of the Year in both football and basketball, as well as Harrisburg High School’s Athlete of the Year.

Trace comes from an accomplished athletic family. His parents, Steve and Carmen, were both collegiate athletes and are members of the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame. His siblings have continued the tradition: older brother Cade and sister Baylie competed at the collegiate level, while younger brother Brody is a freshman athlete at Harrisburg. Beyond competition, Trace enjoys playing golf and spending time with friends and family.
