Biography
2024-25 (Sophomore at Danville Area): As a sophomore with the Jaguars, McMillion led the team in points per game (13.4), field goal percentage (0.564, 155-275), and rebounds per game (7.2) across 29 games. Lorenzo scored in double-figures 13 times, which included four games of 20 or more points. He scored a season-high 29 points on 10-14 shooting in a win over John Wood Community College (2/1/25). He also had four games with 10 or more rebounds and a season-high 14 rebounds in a victory over Moraine Valley Community College (12/12/24).

2023-24 (Freshman at Danville Area): In his first collegiate season, Lorenzo appeared in 29 games and made 15 starts, where he averaged 7.0 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 0.6 assists. He was efficient from the field, shooting .563 percent overall (89-158) and .478 percent from deep (11-23). He made his collegiate debut against Kalamazoo Valley Community College (11/4/23) and scored a season-high 30 points on 13-17 shooting in a win over Lincoln Trail College (11/21/23). He also had hauled in a season-high 16 rebounds in a win over Moraine Valley Community College (11/11/23).
Personal:Â Lorenzo McMillion, a Nashville, Tennessee native, joins the Hawks after an impressive career at Davidson Academy and Danville Area Community College. The son of Sheketa Harvey and Lorenzo McMillion Sr., he made his mark early as a 1,000-point scorer and two-time All-District selection in high school.
At Danville Area, Lorenzo elevated his game to another level, earning recognition as the Conference and Region Player of the Year, NJCAA All-American, and Male Athlete of the Year. He was also named to the First Team All-Conference and All-Region teams, cementing himself as a top JUCO player before transferring to Quincy.
Off the court, Lorenzo enjoys hanging out with friends and playing video games. A fan of LeBron James, he supports the Tennessee Titans and the Los Angeles Lakers.
