Personal: Graham is from Cottleville, MO, and attended Francis Howell Central High School, where he played for the Spartans. He was the Team Captain for the football team, earned the Spartan Shield Recipient award, and maintained Honor Roll status all four years. Tristan excelled as an All-District Quarterback during his time at Francis Howell.

Tristan is the son of Adam and Julie Graham and has two siblings, Kaden and Grayson. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, listening to podcasts and music, and going to the gym. His favorite athletes are Patrick Mahomes, Eric Berry, and Michael Jordan, and he is a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, St. Louis Cardinals, and St. Louis Blues.
