Biography

Personal: Samuel “Sam” Mancilla, from Elgin, Illinois, is a graduate of Bartlett High School, where he excelled as a multi-sport athlete for the Hawks in track and field, football, and wrestling. His athletic accomplishments are highlighted by three All-Conference honors and qualifying for state as a thrower. He is the son of Sonya and Samuel Mancilla and enjoys spending his free time listening to music, relaxing, and hanging out with friends. A fan of Ohio State, Sam's favorite athletes are Ezekiel Elliott and Chase Young.
