Personal: Samuel "Sam" Cross hails from Saint Peters, Missouri, and is a proud graduate of St. Dominic High School, home of the Crusaders. He is the son of Shane and Stephanie Cross and has one sibling, Sophia Cross.

Sam made a major impact on the football field, earning First Team All-State honors as a running back. A key contributor to his team's success, he helped lead St. Dominic to a Class 4 State Runner-Up finish, and along the way, set the single-game rushing record with a remarkable 248 yards. His excellence on and off the field also earned him recognition as a two-time Dominican Way Award nominee, highlighting his leadership and character.

Off the field, Sam enjoys playing chess. He looks up to sports legends like Sean Taylor, Pat Tillman, and Peyton Manning, and is a dedicated fan of the Denver Broncos.
