2023 (Senior): In his final season, Marlin led the Hawks receiving core with 45 receptions, 600 yards, and five touchdowns. He had his first career 100-yard game against Southwest Baptist (9/30/23), where he had five receptions for 111 yards and a touchdown.

2022 (Junior): In his third season with the Hawks, Washington had 32 receptions for 415 yards and two touchdowns. He averaged 12.97 yards per catch and 37.73 yards per game. His season-high came against Indianapolis (10/22/22) when he had five receptions for 63 yards. He had his first career multi-touchdown game with a pair of scores against Trinity International (9/8/22).
2019 (Sophomore): In 11 games, Marlin was third on the team with 29 receptions and 456 yards, good for 15.72 yards per catch and 41.45 yards per game. He also tallied three scores, with his first career touchdown coming against Central State (9/7/19).
2018 (Freshman): In his freshman season, Marlin appeared in seven games, where he ahd 12 receptions for 170 yards. He made his collegiate debut against Kentucky Wesleyan (9/8/18) and saw his first catch against McKendree (9/29/18). His season-high came against William Jewell (11/3/18), where he had five receptions for 78 yards.Â
Personal: Hailing from Orlando, Florida, Marlin Washington is a proud graduate of Olympia High School, where he represented the Titans with pride and passion. The son of Shirley Giles and Marvin Washington and brother to Marvin Jr. and Jalen, Marlin is a true multi-sport athlete with standout performances in both track and football. On the track, he specialized in the 110-meter and 300-meter hurdles, showcasing speed, agility, and determination. On the football field, he helped lead his team to a state appearance—highlighting his athletic versatility and competitive spirit. Off the field, Marlin is just as dynamic. He enjoys drawing, playing the piano, and diving into any and every sport. Inspired by stars like Stefon Diggs and Odell Beckham Jr. and a devoted fan of the Chicago Bears and Chicago Bulls.
