Quincy University Hawks

2023 (Junior): In his first season with the Hawks, Brown led Quincy in carries (123), rush yards (657), and rushing touchdowns (12). JQ played in all 11 games and averaged 59.7 yards per game and 5.3 yards per carry. JQ scored a touchdown in every single game except for when the Hawks played Missouri S&T (11/4/23). He also had seven receptions for 47 yards out of the backfield.

2022 (Sophomore at Ventura): In 104 carries across 11 games, JQ rushed for 650 yards and three touchdowns. He averaged 59.1 yards per game and 6.3 yards per carry in a split backfield. His season long came against Riverside (11/26/22) when he broke off for a 57 yard rush. He scored his first career touchdown in his very first game against Moorpark (9/3/22).

2021 (Freshman at Ventura): Did not see action.

Personal: Jonquavous "JQ" Brown spent his first few years at Ventura College and the University of Tennessee Martin before coming to Quincy. JQ is originally from Augusta, Georgia, where he graduated from Grovetown High School. He is the son of John Brown and Tironza Carter. Outside of football, Brown enjoys spending time with his loved ones and watching his favorite teams which include the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta Braves, and Golden State Warriors. Some of his favorite athletes include Kobe Bryant, Adrian Peterson, adn Ronald Acuna Jr.
