Quincy University Hawks

2025 (Freshman): Burnett was one of Quincy’s breakout freshmen during the 2025 season, appearing in all 11 games and making 10 starts at wide receiver. He tied for the team lead with 38 receptions and four receiving touchdowns, while leading the Hawks with 402 receiving yards and 36.55 receiving yards per game.

Burnett averaged 10.58 yards per catch and made an immediate impact in his collegiate debut against Concordia-St. Paul (8/28/25), recording three receptions for 45 yards and his first career touchdown. His top performance came against Southwest Baptist (11/15/25), where he posted season highs with eight receptions and 80 receiving yards.

Personal: Jackson Burnett is from Jacksonville, Florida, and graduated from Bishop Kenny High School. The son of Charina and John Burnett, he has two siblings, Payton and Rio. A multi-sport athlete in high school, Burnett competed in both basketball and football, helping lead his teams to a district championship. In his free time, he enjoys following his favorite teams, the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Golden State Warriors.
