Quincy University Hawks

2023 (Redshirt Sophomore): In his first season with the Hawks, Jack saw action in four games, where he recorded one tackle, which was a tackle for loss, and one sack. His debut for the Hawks came against Madonna (9/9/23), and his first sack and tackle for QU came against Fort Lauderdale (9/16/23)

2022 (Sophomore at TSU): In three games, Jack had six tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss.

2021 (Freshman at TSU): Appeared in 11 games, where he recorded 36 tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss, and 4.5 total sacks. Marth also forced two fumbles. He made his collegiate debut against Davenport (9/4/21), where he recorded his first tackle and tackle for loss. He recorded his first career sack against Wayne State (9/11/21).

Personal: Jack is a native of Quincy, Illinois, and attended Quincy Notre Dame High School. He spent his first two seasons at Truman State University. He is the son of Kristy and Ben Marth.

Marth was a defensive end and tight end for QND and through three seasons has 115 tackles with 20 for loss and a pick-six. He has had over 500 career rushing years for six touchdowns. Marth was named all-state as a junior and earned all-league honors in both his sophomore and junior campaigns. He is an academic all-state honoree, academic all-conference, and a member of the school's honor roll and National Honor Society.

Why QU?
I came to QU first because I thought it was my only option to get back to playing football. Recently, I’ve discovered that there’s more to college and life than just football, and QU has helped me improve my perspective on how to become less self-oriented. I’m sticking with QU because of the family-like atmosphere, allowing each student to reach his or her full potential.
