Biography

David Lewis attended Staley High School in Kansas City, Missouri, where he was an All-State football player as well as a 5A State Championship. He was also an All-District basketball player for the Falcons. His favorite team is the Kansas City Chiefs. He is the son of Brian Lewis and Iveta Kanokova and has one brother, Robert.
