Quincy University Hawks

Abell is entering his second season with the Hawks as an assistant coach. As a student assistant, Abbell assists in coaching the linebackers. Prior to coaching, Abell was a member of the Hawks football team for three seasons.. Abell is currently pursuing his computer science degree. Abell is a graduate of Quincy Notre Dame where he was a four-year letter winner in wrestling and a three-year letter winner in football.
