Elizabeth Toth is entering her second season as the Director of Football Operations and first season as the Director of Player Development for the Quincy football team. Toth previously worked as an intern with Eastern Michigan Football from 2018-2021.

Over the past three and a half years, Toth has held a wide-range of internships with the football team at Eastern Michigan. Toth started as a video intern her freshman year and was responsible for filming practices, games, and team events. Over the three years with the video department, she became one of the top interns and helped EMU train incoming interns for the department.

Toth later added a recruiting internship in August 2019 and was responsible for organizing and leading recruiting visits for 300+ people during home games. These efforts helped produce two of the highest rated recruiting classes in program history. Toth spent her last semester at Eastern Michigan working with the program’s Associate AD for Football/Chief of Staff as a football operations intern. Her responsibilities ranged from maintaining the program’s main operations database, tracking and recording team activities for NCAA compliance purposes, and assisting with implementing strategic initiatives for the football program.

Toth will graduate with a M.S. in Education Leadership from Quincy University in May 2023.
