High School: Taylor was a three-time letterwinner in football and two-time letterwinner in track at Pontiac Township High School… as a senior, he was a second team all-conference running back choice and an honorable mention selection at linebacker… Taylor was an honorable mention choice at linebacker as a junior when his team was 11-1.

Personal: Bacardy was born Dec. 14, 1993… he is majoring in criminal justice… he is the son of Matthew Taylor and Amanda Schmitt… Bacardy has three sisters, Anya, Katelyn and Alyssa, and one brother, Brian.
