2026 (Sophomore): Biggerstaff appeared in all 52 games while making 50 starts during her sophomore season. While battling through offensive struggles, she continued to find ways to reach base and help the lineup, finishing with a .345 on-base percentage, 25 walks, and nine hit by pitches. She also recorded four doubles, one triple, one home run, 13 RBIs, 20 runs scored, and went 2-for-2 in stolen base attempts. Biggerstaff delivered one of the biggest hits of the season against Missouri-St. Louis (4/26/26), driving in the game-winning run with a walk-off RBI single to give the Hawks an 8-7 Senior Day victory.
Defensively, Biggerstaff remained one of the nation’s top catchers behind the plate. She posted a .987 fielding percentage, committing just three errors in 231 chances, while throwing out 20 attempted base stealers to rank second in the country for the second straight season. She also recorded four games with multiple runners caught stealing, continuing to showcase her elite arm strength, accuracy, and command of the position.

2025 (Freshman): Biggerstaff made an immediate impact in her first season with the Hawks, appearing in and starting all 48 games. She hit .258 with a .353 on-base percentage and a .356 slugging percentage, recording six doubles, two triples, one home run, 15 RBIs, and 19 runs scored. She also drew 14 walks, led the team with six hit by pitches, and went 3-for-4 in stolen base attempts.
Behind the plate, Biggerstaff established herself as one of the top defensive catchers in the country. She committed just four errors in 204 chances for a .980 fielding percentage, while leading the GLVC and ranking third nationally with 17 runners caught stealing. Biggerstaff made her collegiate debut against Parkside (2/14/25), recording two hits, stealing a base, and throwing out her first career baserunner. Her first collegiate home run came on a solo shot in a win over McKendree (4/25/25). She finished the year with five multi-hit games and a season-long eight-game hitting streak.

Personal: Kinsey Biggerstaff is a native of Canton, Missouri, and a graduate of Canton High School. One of the most decorated athletes in school history, she excelled in both softball and soccer. On the softball diamond, Biggerstaff was a four-time All-District and All-Region selection, a two-time First Team All-State honoree as a junior and senior, and a Second Team All-State selection as a sophomore. She was named the 2022 KHQA Fall Female Athlete of the Year, 2022 Hannibal Courier Softball Player of the Year, 2020 Newcomer of the Year, and Defensive Player of the Year in both 2021 and 2023. She also earned a spot on the 2022 Missouri Class 1 All-Tournament Team while helping lead Canton to the 2022 Missouri Class 1 State Championship. On the soccer field, Biggerstaff earned All-District, All-Region, and All-State honors in both 2021 and 2022 and was part of three district championship teams.
Away from athletics, Biggerstaff graduated as her class valedictorian and was a four-time Leadership Award recipient. She was a member of the National Honor Society and served as Senior Class Treasurer. She is the daughter of Susan and Scott Biggerstaff and has two brothers, Trevor and Tyler. Her favorite athletes are Odicci Alexander, Simone Biles, and Yadier Molina. She cheers for the St. Louis Cardinals, the Missouri Tigers softball, and the Kansas City Chiefs.
