2012: Played in six games starting five at quarterback...Threw for 504 yards with four touchdowns...Rushed 14 times for 40 yards...Threw for 204 yards and three touchdowns against Northwood University on August 31st... Named to GLVC Academic All-Conference.

2011: Chmelik appeared in six games for the Hawks… Chmelik was 33-for-83 (39.8 percent) with one touchdown and four interceptions… he threw for 360 yards on the season, including a season-high 178 at St. Xavier on Oct. 15… in that game, he completed a season-high 18 passes… Chmelik also caught one pass on the season and carried the ball 38 times for 62 yards and a touchdown.

2010: Was red-shirted.

High School: Graduated from Countryside High School...Threw for 1200 yards and 11 touchdowns while completing 58-percent of his passes as a senior.

Personal: Born April 18, 1992...Son of James and Stacy Chemlik...Two brothers, Cody and Trent.
