Biography
2016-17: Van Rie started her Hawk career by placing 2nd at the Mt. Mercy Mustang Invitational. She achieved her collegiate low round of 75 twice over the course of the season.
High School: Van Rie earned three varsity letters for golf and was named team captain her junior and senior year. Van Rie was the conference champion in 2014 and 2015. Van Rie was district champion in both 2013 and 2015, including sectional champion in 2014.
During her high school career, Van Rie qualified for the state tournament for three consecutive years. Her senior season she finished 9th in the state tournament, earning all-state honors.
Personal: Van Rie was born on August 1, 1997. She is the daughter of Troy and Kristin Van Rie.
