Quincy, Ill. - The Great Lakes Valley Conference announced the 2025 All-Conference selections for women's lacrosse on Wednesday (Apr. 30). Quincy tabbed two Second Team honorees in Amelia and Mikenna Ham and an Honorable Mention in Anni Moran. 

Amelia Ham had a tremendous offensive year for the Hawks, leading the team in assists (33), points (89), and free position goals (13). Ham led the GLVC in points per game, assists per game, and ranked 6th overall in goals per game. Ham continued to rewrite history for the Hawks by breaking the single season points record by 11 points and the career assists record as a junior. Ham also hit a career 100 goals and 100 career points with the Hawks early in the year. 

Mikenna Ham was a key leader in the back line for Quincy this season and was a top defender in the GLVC. In addition to surpassing 100 career draw controls, Ham ranks in the top ten in the GLVC with draw controls per game. She led the Hawks' field players in ground balls with 26 and had the second highest caused turnovers at 17. Ham also notched two goals, both during a hard-fought overtime win over Northern Michigan. 

Along with Amelia Ham, Anni Moran ran the Hawks offense and kicked off every play in the draw control circle. Moran led the Hawks in goals with 59 and had a 50 percent shooting average over the season. Moran had the second highest draw controls for the Hawks and ranked in the GLVC's top ten in draw controls per game. She sat fourth in the GLVC in goals per game and second in shots per game. 

These Hawks helped Quincy to their first .500 record and were key in important victories over Northern Michigan, Concordia St. Paul, and McKendree. The trio will return in 2026 ready to build upon the 2025 season.
