WICHITA, KAN. – The Men's Soccer team wrapped up their non-conference schedule with a trip to Newman University on Wednesday (September 7). The Hawks came away victorious by the score of 2-1.

Macker Little got the Hawks on the board early in the 7^th minute on the assist by Alex Lehmann. Then three minutes later, Ben Scotford made it 2-0 QU as the Hawks kept the pressure on the Jets.

Newman would cut the lead in half in the 42^nd minute, but that was all the offense they could generate.

The Hawks open up GLVC play on Sunday, September 11^th at 2:30 against Drury University.
