EVANSTON, Ill. – The Quincy University men's basketball team traveled to the Chicagoland area on Tuesday (Dec. 15) for an exhibition contest against Northwestern University. Quincy struggled to get much going offensively as the Hawks fell by a final score of 100-48.
Nine different Hawks scored in Tuesday's exhibition, but
Tanner Stuckman was the only QU player to reach double figures. The Quincy, Illinois native notched ten points with three assists in 31 minutes on the floor.
Jack Youmans scored nine points in 23 minutes of action, and he also grabbed three rebounds.
Tuesday's tune-up action provided the Hawks some extra work before they travel down Route 6 to take on Central Division-leading Truman State.
Quincy will tip-off with the undefeated Bulldogs this coming Sunday (Dec. 20) at 3:15 p.m.
